Weekend

Well didn't really workout on Friday. I did burn 3100 calories, so not a bad day. I played soccer at 10:15pm Crazy time to be out playing, but it wasn't a bad game. I didn't get that great of a workout there, so I really shouldn't have saved it until that late.

Saturday, off day BFF Housewarming party, looked at some houses in Evergreen, yuck. Hubby wasn't feeling great, so we got some wings and Panda Express and watched TV.

Sunday, Soccer again. Not a bad workout, nothing else the rest of the day.

So today is Monday and I need to do my C25k or I will get behind. Hopefully it cools down a bit so I can use the treadmill at my house, if not I will be going to the gym. It was 92 degrees yesterday, so the garage was HOT.

Off Day

Well I am probably not due an off day already, but I rode the bike for 26 minutes yesterday. I would have went longer, but Dear Husband, DH came home with the twins and I never hopped back on.

Day 1 and slow as usual

Well yesterday was my first day of training. I did 2 miles in 40 minutes. I didn't follow any type of plan or anything, and washed my workout down with a Pepsi Max. I think I am going to start C25K this week because I need real goals to get my butt moving.

I did a couple intervals, and cranked up the incline, but my treadmill isn't smart enough to know how high the incline is, so I can't be sure what I really did. I know I was TIRED after for sure.
